ORLANDO, Fla., July 29, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Promotora Valle Hermoso (OTCBB:PVHI), a housing, commercial and heavy industry construction company that also serves government oil and gas infrastructure projects anounnced today that its subsidiary 494 UNR was named as the official supplier of Prudon-494 patented slope reinforcment road base material for the gaz-pipe project "Sahalin-Habarovsk-Vladivostok." The project is a part of the Russian Federation budget, to be undertaken by Gazprom Corporation and consists in laying out a gas pipe-line from Sahalin to Vladivostok in far East Russia. The pipe is expected to have a length of 2,035 km (1,264 miles) with a total cost of 24 billion USD. There are 50 billion russian rubles (~1.7 billion USD) expected to be invested in the project in 2009, the project is to be completed by 2012.
At this time 494 UNR produces 4 types of PRUDON 494 which are used for the reinforcement of slopes, embankment slopes, viaduct slopes, for the reinforcement of a road base and sandwich reinforcement of steep slopes, for retaining walls, for the reinforcement of the soil while building, oil and gas deposits, pipelines, objects oil and gas extraction and transportation, storage and industrial premises, airports, railways, highways.
