DALLAS, Aug. 15, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- As a result of the U.S. Food & Drug Administration's August 13 announcement that Mylan Lab's (Nasdaq:MYL) West Virginia facility was in full compliance with good manufacturing procedures, Kendall Law Group has ended its shareholder investigation.
Mylan lawyers also deny that the company reported problems at the Morgantown, West Virginia plant, contrary to various news articles stating that the company reported problems at the manufacturing facility to the FDA.
