Notification on APB Apranga manager's related party transactions

APB Apranga has received a notification on the transactions in issuer's
securities concluded by the legal entity UAB Alro Kapitalas, a closely related
party to the member of the board Algimantas Variakojis (see attachment).
Transactions indicated in the notification were concluded in 2008 but they were
not reported by separate announcements.
