Completed 17th share issue of AS DnB NORD Banka

Has been completed 17th share issue of AS DnB NORD Banka providing issue of
35,200,000 ordinary registered voting shares, the par value being LVL 1.00 per
share. 
All shares were subscribed to and fully paid. 

Therefore the paid-in capital of AS DnB NORD Banka was increased up to LVL
134,360,900.00. 

The decision on 17th share issue was passed by AS DnB NORD Banka shareholders'
meeting on 8th June 2009.
