STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE September 1, 2009 at 3.45 p.m. CHANGES IN TAMFELT CORP.'S OWNERSHIP DUE TO COMBINATION OF SHARE SERIES AND DIRECTED FREE ISSUE OF SHARES - NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 Tamfelt Corp.'s Extraordinary General Meeting decided on 31 August 2009 that the Company's two share series (preferred and common shares) will be combined. The combination of the share series involves a directed free share issue for holders of common shares. Following the combination, the Company will have only a single class of shares with equal rights, carrying one vote each. The combination of the shares and the directed share issue will affect Tamfelt Corp.'s ownership structure when the combined and new shares have been registered in the trade register on 3 September 2009. Tamfelt has been informed of the following changes in ownership that will come to effect when the combined and new shares have been registered in the trade register: Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company's share of Tamfelt Corp.'s votes will increase to more than 1/20 (5 %). Following the transaction Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company's holding of Tamfelt Corp.'s shares and votes will be 2,153,560 or 7.16% of Tamfelt Corp.'s shares and votes. Mandatum Life Insurance Company's share of Tamfelt Corp.'s votes will decrease to less than 1/20 (5 %). Following the transaction Mandatum Life Insurance Company's holding of Tamfelt Corp.'s shares and votes will be 1,005,313 or 3.34 % of Tamfelt Corp.'s shares and votes. Waldemar von Frenckells Foundation's share of Tamfelt Corp.'s votes will decrease to less than 1/20 (5 %). Following the transaction Waldemar von Frenckells Foundation's holding of Tamfelt Corp.'s shares and votes will be 876,825 or 2.91 % of Tamfelt Corp.'s shares and votes. TAMFELT CORP.
