Company Signs Three-Year Deal With Sapien for Global HRMS, Recruitment and Benefits Administration

MORRISTOWN, NJ--(Marketwire - September 2, 2009) - Sapien LLC, the on-demand HR services

solution, today announced that it has been selected as the Global HR
Solution by National Starch LLC, a worldwide leader in specialty starches
and other biomaterials serving primarily the global food and papermaking

Selected following an extensive competitive review that had been ongoing
since October 2008, Sapien will provide full global HRMS, global applicant
tracking, and global benefits administration services. Employee
self-service will be a part of the global service offering as well. Sapien
also will provide conduits to link its solution with National Starch's
global payroll provider.

the entire solution in phases over the next 9-12 months.
