Parex Asset Management extends its presence in CIS and opens a representative office in Minsk

On August 21, 2009 the investment management company Parex Asset Management
(PAM) was issued a license to register its representative office in the city of
Minsk. Belarus is the fourth CIS country where PAM is represented. 

The company aims to develop its international business, including the former
Soviet Union region, by offering its clients a wide range of financial
solutions and Parex investment products. The main areas of business for the
representative office shall be investment management advisory, market research,
as well as promotion of investment opportunities in the Baltics and Eastern
Europe.
