Supplemented information in Latvian, English version of the announcement added DnB NORD Banka categorically denies all claims made in the application for insolvency of DnB NORD Līzings requested by SIA Shop Service and initiated by Court of Centre region of Riga. Besides being entirely without merit, the insolvency claim reflects a poorly considered attempt by SIA Shop Service to resolve its own insolvent situation. DnB NORD Līzings, one of the leading leasing companies in Latvia, is a solvent company. Furthermore, DnB NORD Banka as shareholder of SIA DnB NORD Līzings, has always and will continue to fully support its subsidiary SIA DnB NORD Līzings.
