Changes to the Corporate Management of TDC A/S
TDC A/S today announces that the company has decided to change the
organisational structure of TDC Business Nordic which will be divided into the
divisions TDC Business, which will be responsible for the Danish business
market, and TDC Nordic, which will be responsible for the activities in the
other Nordic countries and TDC Hosting.
The present President of Business Nordic, Jens Munch-Hansen, will continue as
President of TDC Nordic and member of the Executive Committee of TDC.
As new President of TDC Business and responsible for the Danish business market
including TDC Netdesign, Martin Lippert has been appointed as of 1 October
2009. At the same time he will join the Corporate Management of TDC, and he is
expected to join the Executive Committee of TDC following the next general
meeting.
Martin Lippert, aged 42, is cand. oecon., Ph.D.
Martin Lippert joins TDC from a position as CEO of Mach S.a.r.l. where he has
been employed since 2006. Previously, he worked in TDC for a number of years,
where his latest position in 2005 was head of the business division.
As of 1 October 2009, the Corporate Management of TDC will consist of:
President and CEO Henrik Poulsen, CFO Jesper Ovesen, President TDC Operations &
Wholesale Carsten Dilling, President TDC Consumer Jesper Theill Eriksen, CEO
YouSee A/S Niels Breining, Head of HR and Group Strategy Eva Berneke, President
TDC Nordic Jens Munch-Hansen responsible for TDC Norway, Sweden, Finland and
TDC Hosting, and President Martin Lippert responsible for TDC Business.
