On the reduction of essential participation in share

JSC „KURZEMES ATSLEGA-1” hereby informs that it has received the specified
message from Mr. Esa Haponen about essential reduction of participation in the
share capital of JSC „KURZEMES ATSLEGA-1”. According to this message Mr. Esa
Haponen has reduced his participation to 8.069 % of share capital of JSC
„KURZEMES ATSLEGA-1”.
