MATTOON, Ill., Sept. 25, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:CNSL) announced its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38738 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on November 1, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 15, 2009.
