The consolidated interim report for Q2 and 6 months of 2009 of AS Silvano       
Fashion Group did not include a complete management declaration due to a        
technical mistake. AS Silvano Fashion Group hereby publishes a supplemented     
management declaration regarding the consolidated interim report for Q2 and 6   
months of 2009 and the management report. The signed management declaration is  
attached hereto. The consolidated interim report for Q2 and 6 months of 2009 has
not been changed.
