with a Swedish distributor

As part of trading in September 2009 a major upgrade project contract was signed
with the Logistics and Distribution operations of a Swedish customer

STOCKHOLM, October 5, 2009 - International Business Systems (STO: IBS B) the
leading application supplier for wholesale and distribution, today announced
that as a part of September trading an agreement was reached with an existing
IBS customer to upgrade and extend the software solution for the customer's
logistics and distribution operations. The contract is valued at approximately
10 MSEK.
