HINSDALE, Ill., Oct. 5, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Voyager Petroleum, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VYGO) and Fluid, LLC, a U.S.-based packager and distributor of windshield washer and antifreeze company, have entered into a partnership agreement. Fluid, LLC will be providing all of its packaging equipment and existing customer base for Windshield washer fluid and antifreeze distribution. Voyager Petroleum, Inc. will operate the equipment and also supply the eco-friendly petroleum-based products, including its "New formulation Antifreeze." Voyager complements Fluids' existing strong relationships with additional end-users of packaged products as well as being able to supply methanol-based washer fluid and its "New Formulation Antifreeze."

The private limited liability company incorporated in Montana owned and operated a windshield washer fluid business in Calgary, Canada. The business bottled and sold washer fluid to wholesale and retail outlets throughout Western Canada. The bottling plant was closed down in 2008, when the building in which it was housed was sold, and all of the packaging equipment was put into storage facility.
