The Classic Group's Project to Be Featured on NECN's New England Dream House

LEXINGTON, MA--(Marketwire - October 13, 2009) - The Classic Group, Inc., architects and builders located in Lexington, is pleased to announce a recently completed project will be featured on NECN's New England Dream House to air at 10:30AM and 7:30PM on October 25, repeating at 3:00PM on October 26, October 29, November 3, and November 11.

The featured project is a renovation and restoration of a 75-year-old classic Georgian home and estate owned by local auto magnate Ernie Boch Jr. The Classic Group renovated the 21-room home to represent the era from which it was built and subsequently design and constructed several other structures on the property. The design highlights of the home include custom paneling boasting no less than 350 modillions, the gourmet kitchen which incorporates the best of both French and English design, a fully integrated lighting/music/security system which can be controlled from anywhere in the house, a stunning 80-foot indoor pool house complete with a caterers kitchen, a Greek-revival designed guest house and a custom music and entertainment room above the multi-car garage.
