On October 9, 2009 Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany
informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 Para. 1 and Sec. 24 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) about the following:

'Pursuant to Sec. 21 Para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG),
we hereby notify that on October 8, 2009 the voting rights of Landesbank
Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany, in KUKA AG have fallen below the
threshold of 3% and as of this day amount to 2.999% (797,804 voting
rights). Thereof, 2.74% (727,804 voting rights) are attributed according to
Sec. 22 Para. 1 Sentence 1 Number 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG).

Pursuant to Sec. 21 Para. 1 in conjunction with Sec. 24 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG), we hereby notify that on October 8, 2009 the
voting rights of LBBW Spezialprodukte-Holding GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany, in
KUKA AG have fallen below the threshold of 3% and as of this day amount to
2.74% (727,804 voting rights). Thereof, 2.74% (727,804 voting rights) are
attributed to LBBW Spezialprodukte-Holding GmbH in accordance with Sec. 22
Para. 1 Sentence 1 Number 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).

Pursuant to Sec. 21 Para. 1 in conjunction with Sec. 24 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG), we hereby notify that on October 8, 2009 the
voting rights of Süd-Kapitalbeteiligungs-Gesellschaft mbH, Stuttgart,
Germany, in KUKA AG have fallen below the threshold of 3% and as of this
day amount to 2.74% (727,804 voting rights).'
