(OTCBB:SECI) (Frankfurt:4SR) announced today that it will unveil its new product, the Mobile Response Unit (MRU) - Fire Apparatus or (MRU-FA) in San Francisco on October 17, 2009 as part of the 20th anniversary commemoration ceremony of the Loma Prieta earthquake. The MRU-FA was specifically designed to support residents, Neighborhood Emergency Response Teams (NERT), Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT) and volunteer Fire Crews. The MRU-FA supports California's "Defend in Place Initiative" to save homes and help residents on the fire lines. The unit provides assistance to residents and responders to be self sufficient during the first few hours of fire, disasters and incidents.

The MRU-FA contains its own fire pump, generator, first aid kits, eyewash, sink, potable water, microwave and tools such as shovels and picks. The commemoration ceremony will be held in the afternoon on the Marina Green closing at 4:30 p.m. with Mayor Gavin Newsom, Fire Chief Hayes-White, Supervisor Alioto-Pier, and other dignitaries and heroes from the 1989 earthquake taking part in the ceremony.
