newspaper “Diena” statement of Mr.A.Kalvītis “this company has many subsidiary
companies in Europe and consolidation of holding company is predictable,” was
referred to SPI Group, in which JSC “Latvijas balzams” contains.

SPI Group is international enterprise that performs entrepreneurial activities
in many countries of Europe. In future plans of SPI Group is consolidation of
companies that includes strengthening of united Baltic distribution net. In the
near future stocks of JSC “Latvijas balzams” are not planed to list in other
stock exchanges.
