Work Experience of a JSC Ventspils nafta Board Member Simon Boddy - supplemented

Simon Boddy, who was elected as Board Member of JSC Ventspils nafta on October
15, 2009 for a term of three years, has not worked at the Management Board of
JSC Ventspils nafta before. S.Boddy does not own any shares of JSC Ventspils
nafta. 

Work experience of Simon Boddy during the last three years:

•	2006 Ventspils nafta termināls Ltd. Member of the Supervisory Council;  
•	2006-2008 Vitol Group. Chief Representative of Vitol's Moscow office.
Responsible for managing a fully operational trading office of 60 Russian
employees. The role included management of Vitol's offices in Almaty and Aktau,
Kazakhstan, and Mazeikai, Lithuania. Also Chairman of BNK, Vitol's terminal in
Kaliningrad; 
•	2009 ETOS Latvia. Managing Director. Responsible for all Vitol's commercial
activities in Latvia, in particular managing the throughput of the Ventspils
nafta termināls Ltd., while retaining responsibilities in Kazakhstan, Lithuania
and Kaliningrad. 

Simon Boddy has an MA in Mathematics from Oxford University.

JSC Ventspils nafta is the central holding company in a transit-oriented Group
whose task is to manage the investments in subsidiaries by promoting the
Group's joint values and growth in the value of each subsidiary individually.
JSC Ventspils nafta Group is working in the following areas: transshipment of
crude oil and petroleum products; transport of crude oil and petroleum products
