Kansas Rae was born and raised in the South. She is a writer and a poet. Red Rum Comes To Light is her second novel published and best work so far. Her first novel "Keep The Secret Alive" was published in 2003. Kansas writes on a variety of subjects and looks forward to using her craft in writing movie scripts and plays. Kansas Rae currently lives in Alabama, where she is a mental health worker and works with children with special needs.
