BUFFALO, N.Y., Oct. 20, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Ecology and Environment, Inc., (Nasdaq:EEI) has declared an increase of the six-month dividend to 21 cents per share. This represents the 48th consecutive dividend since the Company became public in 1987 and the 15th increase in 22 years.
The dividend is payable on or before December 30, to shareholders of both Class A and Class B common stock on record as of December 8. The Board of Directors has set the date of the annual shareholder meeting for January 21, 2010, for shareholders of record December 8, 2009.
