JSC “Grindeks” informs about its subsidiary “Namu apsaimniekošanas projekti” intention to develop multifunctional center project in Riga, near by the Salu bridge. The basic idea is to develop the project of multifunctional 24 floors building, where business offices, hotel, apartments and parking place will be located. Total investment for this project is estimated to be about 25.3 millions lats. The major problem of this project is that City plan for this area allows only 5 floors buildings. During the last three years the negotiations with State and City Municipality institutions were not successful, because significant changes in City Development plan should be done. After the meeting with Members of Riga Municipality Investments and Business development council on 21.10.2010 “Namu apsaimniekošanas projekti” has received the approval, that necessary changes in the City Development Plan will be executed.
