WKN: 549532, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on
September 30, 2009 and on that day amounted to 2,91% (this corresponds to
1544799 Voting Rights).
On October 22, 2009 , Mr Jürgen Todenhöfer, Germany, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on TOMORROW FOCUS AG, Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0005495329, WKN:
549532, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on September
30, 2009 and on that day amounted to 2,91% (this corresponds to 1544799
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2,91% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1544799 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Todenhöfer from Stiftung Sternenstaub, Munich, Germany.
