Derivatives: Proposed rights issue in DnB NOR (22/09)

DnB NOR (DNBNOR) has proposed a rights issue with expected new equity of NOK 14
billion. The subscription price will be set right before the extraordinary
general meeting which will be held Thursday 19 November 2009. A new exchange
notice will be published in November when more information is available.
