Marcus Hagegård new Vice President Finance of Loomis

Marcus Hagegård has been appointed Vice President (VP) Finance of Loomis as from
November 1, 2009. He has been Group Head of Financial Control & Corporate
Finance in Loomis since 2008.

Also with effect from November 1, 2009, Jarl Dahlfors has been appointed
Executive Vice President (EVP) for Loomis AB, in addition to his role as Country
President in Loomis USA. 

In connection with the above appointments, Jarl concludes his responsibilities
as CFO.
