Investment AB Latour has requested a delisting of the company's A-shares from
NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB (the Exchange). 

The Exchange has approved the application and decided to delist the A-shares of
Investment AB Latour (ISIN code SE0000106304, order book ID 913 and short name
LATO A). 

The last day of trading in the A-share will be Monday, November 30th 2009.
