This year's TOP 100 were chosen out of more than 4000 IT professionals. The nominees were selected by an independent four-member panel of judges. The TOP 100 were selected based on a criteria that evaluated their individual achievements in the industry, professional level, scope of responsibility, position held in their companies, as well as their involvement in boards and diversity initiatives.
