PSI enters into frame agreement with ICA Sweden regarding Repant systems

(Rælingen, October 30th 2009) Repant ASA has, through their partner
in Sweden, PSI Antonson AB, entered into a frame agreement with ICA
Sweden regarding Repant Reverse Vending Machines. The agreement
comprehends all ICA stores in Sweden.

The agreement opens significant possibilities for increased Repant
market share in Sweden and is part of ICA's continued renewal program
for all ICA Retailers. PSI Antonson will, with this agreement, have
the opportunity to offer the newest and most advanced Repant RVM
technology to all ICA retailers in Sweden.

PSI Antonson is the leading Retail Technology solution and service
provider, for all retail segments, in Sweden. The PSI operation in
Sweden is responsible for all activities within sales, installation
and support/service for Repant RVM systems in Sweden.

The ICA agreement includes all Repant models in general, but the
newest model Cosmos specifically, and all offers and deliveries will
depend on actual needs according to the ICA renewal program.
