MediaShop AG, a direct marketer to nearly 100 million people in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, plans to launch their Ionic Bulb marketing campaign by airing a specially produced Ionic Bulb TV infomercial. Zevotek supplies the Ionic Bulbs that MediaShop plans to sell using their TV infomercial, www.mediashop.tv website and other promotions. Zevotek's Ionic Bulb is designed for consumer use by combining the performance features of ionic air cleaning technology with those of a 10,000 hour reduced energy use compact fluorescent light bulb (CFL). MediaShop is marketing Zevotek's Ionic Bulb to take advantage of demand in Europe for products that save energy and clean the air. The 50% market share for compact fluorescent light bulbs in Germany is expected to grow now that European Union rules ban certain incandescent bulbs and will ban most incandescent bulbs by 2012.
