Kefren Properties IX AB, 556691-4031 (”Company”) - Sale back of properties

As stated on page 9 of the Prospectus dated 27 October 2006 in connection with
the acquisition of the Company's property portfolio, it was agreed that there
would be further environmental investigations of 18 buildings and that under
certain conditions the Company had the right to sell the properties back to the
seller before 1 November 2009. After completion of the further investigations
the Company has negotiated with the seller of the properties, which has
resulted in an agreement of both financial compensation and a sale back of the
following 4 properties: 


Property, City:

Bäckaskog 3, Skövde
Kilsta 3:137, Karlskoga
Valvakan 3, Linköping
Viren 13, Karlskoga


The Company is satisfied with the agreement, which has no significant influence
on the Company's operating profit or balance sheet. The 4 properties comprise
less than 0.5% of the total value of the Company's property portfolio.
