Investment AB Öresund has issued call options for 220,000 shares in Bilia AB. These options have a term until February 2012 and a redemption price of SEK 70 per share. The price of each option is SEK 3.25.
The people participating in this option programme are group management and key members of staff. They have each purchased between 2,000 and 25,000 call options.
This option programme will not result in any dilution for Bilia’s shareholders.
