Tilgin wins new order on IP technology from a leading operator in the Middle
East

Stockholm, Sweden, November 5, 2009: Tilgin, a leading provider of solutions for
multiplay and next-generation broadband services, today announces a new order
for IP technology from one of its larger clients, a leading operator in the
Middle East. The order demonstrates the operator's continued confidence in
Tilgin, and is for Tilgin's Home Gateways together with the VCM software for a
continued roll-out of the operator's triple play offering to its customers.

The operator has chosen Tilgin as the supplier for IP-based Home Gateways for
fiber and ethernet access, as well as the management software (VCM) for its
triple play offering to fiber-connected households. 

The order value is approximately SEK 9 million.

During the last years the Middle East and especially the Gulf states have built
among the world's most advanced next-generation communication systems with fiber
access. Tilgin's customer is a full-service operator and offers households and
companies a wide range of IP-based services. In line with the fast progress
across the region this operator focuses on innovative high quality services.
Tilgin's products fulfill the special climate and environmental rules pertaining
to this region.
