Comment about information published by national new agency “LETA” on 10.11.2009

In respect of the information published by national new agency “LETA” on
10.11.2009, the Council and the Management Board of the JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu
rūpnīca” informs herewith, that as of 10.11.2009 there are no official claims
from the State Revenue Service of LR at the company's disposal concerning
payment of taxes or charging of additional taxes, and the information of the
„LETA” in this part does not represent the facts.
