Supplementary announcement of grant of warrants to insider

The warrants can be exercised two years after the grant and expire four years
after the grant. The exercise price is DKK 7.60 per share and has been
determined based on the average price of trades made on Nasdaq OMX five trading
days after the announcement of the interim report for Q3 2009 (announcement no.
23), with an increase of 5%. The value of granted warrants is valuated in
accordance with the Black & Scho-les method, at a volatility rate of 42 percent
and an interest rate of 3.13 percent, to DKK 2.20 per warrant, resulting in a
total of DKK 761,200.
