Extract from Press release
Stockholm, November 16, 2009 — NASDAQ OMX, the Danish Securities Dealers
Association, the Federation of Finnish Financial Services and the Swedish
Securities Dealers Association, have together agreed on an updated timetable
for the migration to a new trading platform on the NASDAQ OMX exchanges in
Copenhagen, Helsinki, Iceland, Riga, Stockholm, Tallinn and Vilnius.

Based on the updated timetable, the new trading platform, INET, will be
introduced on February 8, 2010 on the NASDAQ OMX exchanges in Copenhagen,
Helsinki, Iceland, Riga, Stockholm, Tallinn and Vilnius. The original migration
was scheduled for November 30, 2009 in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius and Iceland and
on December 7, 2009 in Copenhagen, Helsinki and Stockholm.

The joint decision between NASDAQ OMX and the Nordic Securities Dealers
Associations about the new timetable has been taken in order to ensure
readiness and ample time for system testing among market participants in all
seven countries, and thus safeguard a secure and seamless transition to the new
trading platform.
The implementation is subject to necessary regulatory consent or approval.
