Prior to joining Global Test Supply, he served as the CEO of Chemtex International, a technology transfer company with 800 employees in the United States, China and India. Swartz holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He also serves on the Board of Advisors to the Dean of Engineering, N.C. State University.
