As from November 19, 2009 current chairman of the board of AS “GE Money Bank” Dmitry Tsymber has decided to resign from his position as Chairman of the Executive Management Board of the Bank to pursue opportunities outside of GE Money. Until Mr. Tsymber's replacement is named, GE Money Bank's strong and experienced Executive Management Board will continue in its day-to-day responsibilities of running the Bank, reporting into the GE Money Bank Supervisory Committee, chaired by Mr. Richard Gaskin. Mr. Gaskin is currently CEO of GE Capital Global Banking's Russia and Latvia businesses, has served as a member of the Supervisory Committee since 2008. Mr. Gaskin is a 10-year veteran of General Electric's financial services group, GE Capital. The company expects to name a successor to Mr. Tsymber very shortly. Given Mr. Gaskin's strong working knowledge of the Latvian business, and the strength of the existing Executive Management Board, the company, expects a seamless transition to a new leader.
