The board of Midelfart Sonesson approved the proposed rights issue (2:3) whereby shareholders are entitled to (2) new shares for every three (3) shares held. The subscription price is set at SEK 3.50 per share. The Ex-date is November 23, 2009. NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets has carried out a re-calculation of options and forwards in Midelfart Sonesson.
