Andris Ozoliņš joins Bank DnB NORD Group Executive Committee as Group Chief Sales Officer; Dr. Jekatarina Titarenko becomes Group CFO Copenhagen. On Nov. 24, Bank DnB NORD Group announced changes to its Group Executive Committee, which will be effective Dec. 4, 2009. Bank DnB NORD A/S has expanded its Group Executive Committee to include a fifth member, a Group Chief Sales Officer, who will be responsible for the revenue side of all entities across the Group. Andris Ozoliņš has been appointed to the position. He will maintain his position as Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of DnB NORD Banka in Latvia. Dr. Jekaterina Titarenko has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Jekaterina Titarenko will step down from her position as Member of the Management Board and Executive Vice-President at DnB NORD Bankas in Lithuania. Jan Ovesen continues to be responsible for Financial Accounting and Reporting at Group Head Office in Copenhagen. Finally, Jan Kühnel will continue being responsible for the Group's IT Operations, but steps down as Chief Operations Officer (COO). Group CEO Thomas Bürkle will cover the Group COO responsibilities in the interim, until a permanent replacement is announced. About the new Executive Management Members Andris Ozoliņš joined DnB NORD Banka in September 1999, first as member of the Management Board and then as the Deputy Chairman since 2001. Andris Ozoliņš is also Chairman of the Council of the Latvian Commercial Banking Association. Dr. Jekaterina Titarenko has been working in DnB NORD Bankas since 2003, previously as Head of Financial Risk Department. Jekaterina Titarenko is a Doctor of Social Sciences. Prior to joining DnB NORD Bankas, she spent seven years working in the Credit Institutions Supervision Department of the Bank of Lithuania.
