MJM now forms part of the G4S international group of companies. Along with the name change, the company has reorganised its services into four solution groups and launched a new brand identity.
Kieran Milne, Managing Director of G4S Compliance & Investigations, said the company changed its name with a renewed emphasis on providing clients with integrated solutions and enhancing partnerships.
