CORRECTION: Amendment to Final terms for the prospectus - RO, series 40D

The interest spread of an ISIN is updated in "Final terms for the prospectus
for the 
offering of mortgage bonds in Nykredit Realkredit A/S in series 40D"
(Non-callable, 
DKK-denominated amortisable floating-rate capped or non-capped bonds) have
been amended.

The above ISIN is not grandfathered as covered bond according to the EU Capital
Requirements Directive.
