The Living and The Dead: Volume I -- New Book Deals With Sacrificing, the Struggle for Love and Realizing Destiny

FONTANA, Calif., Dec. 7, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Xlibris, the leading print-on-demand self-publishing services provider, announces today the release of The Living and The Dead: Volume I, a new novel authored by Anthony J. Enciso.

The story begins when a teenaged son discovers a mysterious samurai sword hidden in his parents' closet and confronts his father about its origins. Nate Walker, the boy's father, soon reveals to his son all the things that happened to him seventeen years earlier -- how he fell in love with the boy's mother, how the shadows from her past came back to haunt her, and how precisely he obtained the sword from a vicious killer named Dante Medina. Soon enough, through his father's tragic tale, the boy begins to understand who his father really is and why the sacrifices he made were essential to his family's survival.

Filled with emotion, twists and memorable characters, The Living and The Dead: Volume I will give readers an engaging experience from the first page until the last. Readers who wish to order a copy of this book are encouraged to visit Xlibris.com or call (888) 795-4274 today.
