Appointment of Opcon AB's Nominations Committee

In accordance with the decision made by the 2009 Annual General Meeting, the
Nominations Committee of Opcon AB, the energy and environmental technology
Group, shall comprise representatives of the four largest shareholders (by
votes) along with the Chairman of the Board, who will convene meetings of the
Committee. These representatives have now decided to appoint the following
personnel to the Nominations Committee of Opcon AB.

Mats Gabrielsson, Chairman of Opcon AB and owner of, among others, investment
companies Gabrielsson Invest and B.O. Intressenter AB, which are Opcon's largest
investors. 

Anders Thorendal, CFO of the Church of Sweden, who has a broad contact network
and reports on financial management issues for the Church of Sweden's fund
management board

Peter Wahlberg, chairman of the board for, among others, Atlas Design Group AB
and AFL AB, which has the 6th AP Fund as part-owner. 

Per Egeberg, CEO of Svensk Rökgasenergi, who has long experience in
international sales and bioenergy.
