Lietuvos Respublikos Juridinių asmenų registras 2009 m. gruodžio 15 d. įregistravo naują AB „Invalda“ įstatų redakciją (pridedama), kuri buvo patvirtinta 2009 m. lapkričio 30 d. visuotiniame akcininkų susirinkime. AB „Invalda“ įstatai pakeisti atsižvelgiant į naują Akcinių bendrovių įstatymo redakciją. Taip pat buvo pakeistas bendrovės buveinės adresas.
