Peab sells the SVT-building in Malmo

Peab sells the SVT-building in Malmo

Peab has sold a real estate property at Varvsstaden in Malmö to Wihlborgs
Fastigheter for SEK 160 million. On this real estate, Peab has built the new
premises for Swedish Television, which now is ready for use. The property also
includes a building permit on approximately 7 000 square metres, where a Moving
MediaCenter will be built.

Peab acquired the Varvsstaden-area in Malmo from Saab in 2005. The 40 acres site
was originally a part of the Kockums shipyard. It is one of the real estates in
this area that Peab now disposed to Wihlborgs. The property is located next to
Dockan in the West Harbour Docklands, strategically situated between the sea and
central Malmö.
