AS “ELKO Grupa”EGM decides to form an Audit committee

AS “ELKO Grupa” EGM held on December 18, 2009 rendered the following decisions:
• to form an Audit committee consisting of two committee members;
• to elect Toms Augustāns as the independent audit committee member;
• to elect Māris Būmanis as the audit committee member.
Toms Augustāns was elected new chairman of the Audit committee.
