Tele2 Sweden entered into settlement agreement with TeliaSonera concerning interconnect


Stockholm - Tele2 AB, ("Tele2"), (OMX Nordic Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B),
announced today that Tele2 Sweden AB hasentered into a settlement agreement with
TeliaSonera AB in respect of a dispute concerning interconnection for some
period prior to December 31, 2003. The settlement means that TeliaSonera AB will
pay approximately SEK 340 million to Tele2 Sweden AB.

The settlement concerning interconnect will have a positive effect of
approximately SEK 50 million on the net financial items in Q4 2009.
