The rights issue recently conducted by Haldex has resulted in that the company's
number of shares and votes has increased by 21,644,736 during December 2009
through issuing of the shares that were subscribed for by using subscription
rights. As of December 30, 2009 there are in total 43,940,956 shares and votes
in the company.
