SEVERAL EXITS IN AMANDA CAPITALS PRIVATE EQUITY POTRFOLIO                       


There have been several exits in Amanda's portfolio. The exits together generate
a cash flow of over one million euros for Amanda.                               

Balderton I -private equity fund has sold its share in ScanSafe to Cisco        
Systems. ScanSafe is the pioneer and market leader of SaaS Web security. In     
addition the fund has sold a part of its shares in Yoox S.p.A´s IPO. Yoox is a  
online fashion retailer and is active in 57 countries. The both exits were      
profitable and Amanda has received the proceeds in the first quarter of 2010.   

Montagu Private Equity III -private equity fund agreed terms for the sale of    
British Car Auctions to Calyton, Bubilier & Rice. The company is Europe's       
leading vehicle remarketing business. The exit is profitable and the proceeds to
Amanda will be expected in the first half of 2010.
                              
Altas VI -private equity fund has sold its share in Novexel to AstraZeneca.     
Novexel is focused on the discovery and development of antibiotics designed to  
overcome the global problem of microbial drug resistance. The exit is profitable
and the proceeds to Amanda will be expected in the first half of 2010.          

Finnventure V -private equity fund has agreed to sell its share in Pretax.      
Pretax is the leading Nordic financial management and payroll processing        
services company. The exit is profitable and the proceeds to Amanda will be     
expected in the first half of 2010.
