ReadSoft to deliver invoice automation technology worth 250,000 EUR to global engineering company

ReadSoft is to deliver its SAP-certified invoice processing solution to a
world-leading engineering company. ReadSoft was selected because of its market
leadership, focus on invoice automation, and tight integration with SAP. The
agreement, valued at 250,000 EUR concerns the processing of tens of thousands of
paper and electronic invoices. The deal was closed in December 2009.

The European-based customer is one of the world's leading manufacturers within
its industry. The company realized that they had shortcomings in their accounts
payable (AP) process even with the operational efficiency gains they had
experienced after implementing SAP.

There were still many manual, paper-based, and time-consuming processes and the
customer therefore recognized the need for an invoice automation solution to
achieve best-in-class AP operations. The objective is to eliminate the
labor-intensive steps by optimizing AP efficiency while leveraging the
investments already made in SAP. ReadSoft was selected because of its
world-leading position within AP automation for SAP. In addition to that,
ReadSoft provides local support. The fact that ReadSoft is so heavily invested
in the AP automation market gave the customer the security they needed to select
ReadSoft as their vendor of choice.
